Shipping
All orders are shipped from Germany. Germany: €4.19 for one or two shirts. European Union: €6.99 for one or two shirts — this rate applies to all EU member states, including Sweden and Denmark. Norway: €11.99 for one or two shirts. Bosnia and Herzegovina: shipping is included in the shirt price, so you pay €45 per shirt with no shipping charge. United Kingdom: €10 for one or two shirts. Outside the EU we currently ship only to the United Kingdom, Norway and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on orders over €100. Bosnia and Herzegovina is an exception because shipping is already included in the shirt price.
Tracking
The most affordable shipping options may come without a tracking number and without carrier insurance or liability.
Customs and import charges
For countries outside the European Union, customs duty, import VAT, taxes or other charges set by the destination country may apply. These costs are borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement to hello@liliumbrand.com stating your decision to withdraw and your order number. We will confirm receipt and provide the return address.
Return of goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. Goods must be returned in a condition allowing their resale (unworn, unwashed, with original tags).
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. The refund is issued using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
Diminished value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Legal guarantee (defective or non-conforming goods)
Separately from the right of withdrawal, consumers benefit from the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771). If the item is defective or non-conforming, contact hello@liliumbrand.com — return shipping in such cases is at our expense.
