First, be sure of your choice
Every Lilium Atelier piece is numbered and made in a limited run. Please take a moment to choose the right size and colour before ordering. If you still change your mind, here is how it works.
14 days to change your mind
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. No reason is required.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear email to info@liliumbrand.com with your order number and a note that you wish to withdraw. We will confirm receipt and send the return address. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.

Return conditions
Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. It must be unworn, unwashed and carry its original tags. If it has been worn, washed or damaged, we cannot accept the return.
Return shipping cost
You pay the return postage. The only exception is if you received a faulty or incorrect piece — then we cover it.
Refund
We refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice. The refund goes back to your original payment method. We may hold the refund until the piece arrives back or you provide proof of dispatch.
Loss in value
If the piece loses value because of handling beyond normal inspection (for example wear, washing or damage), you lose the right to a full refund in part or in full.
