Contract
A sales contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a manifest pricing error, unavailability, or suspected fraud, with full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order. Payment is charged at order placement by our payment provider.
Delivery
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk passes to the consumer upon physical possession of the goods.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers benefit from the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Report any lack of conformity to hello@liliumbrand.com.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
